Dan always knew art would be an important part of his life. After choosing art education as his major from the University of Wisconsin, he focused on portraits and commissioned work. Dan’s work exhibits his classical training, technical approach to composition balance, hues, and color relationships. Dan’s varied choices in subject and media is a reflection of his journey back to his classic training. Taking a departure from his skilled trade, Dan pursued a diverse career- from running a Taekwondo school, to starting a business with his spouse , being a headmaster of a private school, and an award winning winemaker in Sonoma County CA. Two years ago, Dan and his wife moved to Lake Toxaway, NC. The beauty of the mountains and landscaping has given him a resurgence of passion for painting once again.

Witnessing her father's artistic pursuits during her childhood instilled in her a lifelong passion for painting. What began as a cherished hobby has now blossomed into a fulfilling career. Art serves as a profound outlet for Natalya, allowing her to connect with the world and express herself with a depth that words cannot capture. Through her art, she finds a sense of purpose and feels most alive.Natalya's style is diverse and constantly evolving, with a particular focus on abstract expressions of nature, life experiences, and personal memories. Each artwork reflects her unique perspective on the beauty of the world and the emotions that shape her journey. Her intention is to create pieces that resonate deeply with viewers, inviting them to connect with the emotions and experiences she has poured into her work.
